* Eat foods you enjoy *Don't be too restrictive with your food choices *Indulge once in a week treat meal (not more than 300cal of ideal) *Pick up an old sport or active hobby you have given up. *Move your body- Dance, yoga, martial art, hiking etc *Don't be too hard on yourself! *Don't do exercise you don't enjoy *Celebrate any positive step forward *Aim to feel 1% better every day.

  Hello, world... Myself Dr. Prasad. I have finished my MBBS from Government medical college and my post-graduation in Paediatrics from Maharashtra, India. I took my training in diabetes and obesity care from the Royal college of physicians London accredited center. Frankly speaking, starting online diabetes/ obesity management consultation was never in my mind. A few months back I heard the news of a person, from my village, died of diabetes and obesity-related complications. After visiting his home I realized he was suffering from a very mild form of diabetes mellitus. He developed diabetic and obesity-related complications because of no proper counseling from his local health provider. I was already disturbed because of his untimely death when I noticed some online diabetes/obesity reversal clinic advertisements on the internet.
