What should be your fitness goals?

*Eat foods you enjoy

*Don't be too restrictive with your food choices

*Indulge once in a week treat meal (not more than 300cal of ideal)

*Pick up an old sport or active hobby you have given up.

*Move your body- Dance, yoga, martial art, hiking etc

*Don't be too hard on yourself!

*Don't do exercise you don't enjoy

*Celebrate any positive step forward

*Aim to feel 1% better every day.
